Who is Lalla Hirayama ?

Lalla Hirayama is a Japanese / South African television host , acress , model and dance. She is best known as the co-presenter of Massiv Music alongside Anele Zondo and smash Africa. Lalla is also one of the host of the live celebrity news show V-Entertainment.

Her Background

Lala was born in Hiratsuka in Japan to her Japanesse mom and South African father. She stayed and grew up in Japan and later moved to Australia .and when she was six , she moved to South Africa.

Hirayama started her schooling at Fairways primary school in sandton , Johannesburg. Around 2001 , She returned to Japan where she learnt hip hop , tap and modern dancing. And later came back to complete her secondary schooling at the British International college in Bryanston , Johannesburg. W

In 2005 , She began to perform professionally as a dancer at a number of corporate functions. The following year she started dancing for a number of popular artists such as the late Lebo Mathosa , Relo , Skwatta Kamp and more.

Her Television Career

Lalla first appeared on TV when she was just 15 years old , presenting the kids show channel ‘Craz-e’ on ETV. A couple of years later , she was head hunted by SABC 1 to become a presenter and brand ambassondor. Then in 2007 she played the role of Felicia on ETV ‘s prime time soapie ‘Rhythm City’, and also starred on the ETV Show ‘Axe Dark Angels’. She has also played the role of Bianca on the SABC 1 ‘s soapie ‘Zone 14’

Lalla Hirayama is slowly conquering the south African entertainment and continuosly proving that she is a force to be reckoned with.
