DJ Sbu , real name Sbusiso Leope is a South African DJ , TV and Radio Host , Music producer and entrepreneur. He is also a best selling author and motivational speaker.

Rise to Fame

Sbu ‘s rise to fame was when he joined radio station YFM and started his record label , TS Records with TK Nciza.

Under TS Records , he went on to release his most recognized project Y-Lens Vol.1 , Which had the award winning song ‘ Remember when It rained’. Sbu was also behind the success of the masked character Mzekezeke , who was a great success . He also helped artists such as Brown Dash , Izinyoka , and the Afro Pop sensation Zahara.

Today Sbusiso is more than just a DJ , he is a leading business man. His hustle spirit has inspired a lot of South African Youth.Despite his tough upbringing in Tembisa, he has overcome obstacles on his journey and made a name for himself using his media talents on national television and radio.
