Who is DJ Fresh?
DJ Fresh , real name Thato Sikwane is a House DJ , Born in Botswana but grew up in South Africa. Fresh is a living legend in the music industry , he is one of the guys who paved way for South African Music . He is famously known for his radio presenting talent.
His Radio Career.
Thato started his radio career in the 90s , and became known first for his breakfast slot on the youth radio station YFM. DJ Fresh hosted the breakfast slot for eight years and later hosted the Drive Time on 5FM. Being so good at what he did on radio , he landed a slot on the most listened to station ‘Metro FM‘ . Fresh currently hosts the 947 Drive time show.
His Music Career
DJ Fresh has released numerous house albums under his name over the years. and has shared the DJ booth with a number of international artists, including “Little Louie” Vega, Frankie Knuckles, Armad Van Helden and more. The industry regards DJ Fresh as a living legend for the accomplishments he has achieved over the years.
