Amanda Black is south African platinum selling and award-winning singer. She is also an aspiring activist and leader in women empowerment. Her real name is Amanda Benedicta Antony, was born in the eastern Cape.

How She got into the Music Industry

The singer first came into the spotlight when she entered the music TV Show ‘ Idols SA ’. She entered the competition 3 times and on the third attempt she made it into the top 7 contestants.

Joining Ambitiouz Entertainment

Ambitiouz entertainment spotted her talent and signed her into the record label. thereafter they later released her first single Amazulu. The song being an instant hit and even reach over 4 million views on Youtube. This was definitely her breakthrough single . Amazulu was an inspiring piece that received numerous award nominations.
